HOW TO USE THE "BY THE PIECE ORDER FORM"

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Fill out the appropriate order forms completely (start at bottom of this page). Mark how many of each design you prefer, and calculate your total price based on the figures in the column marked "average price." (NOTE- prices are subject to change depending on the prices our suppliers charge us for the components.) PERSONS WHO DO NOT HAVE A VALID BUSINESS TAX NUMBER MUST PAY OUR "RETAIL" PRICE (AND TAX, IF YOU LIVE IN TEXAS). See order form for pricing. Add up all of the "average prices," and all of the appropriate postage, handling and insurance charges (See shipping information on order form). Please include entire remittance with your order. If this is not feasible, "Contact Us" concerning your special circumstance, and we will work with you on this. With your merchandise, we will include a specific price list enumerating the actual cost of the unique creations in your package; if you have over-calculated on your total, we will gladly refund the difference. If you have under-calculated, we will place such notification in your package, or contact you about this before shipping . In any and every case, your satisfaction is guaranteed, or your money will be refunded.

RETURNING MERCHANDISE AND DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

If you are not satisfied for any reason with the merchandise, please return it within 14 working days of receipt, along with any explanation of your grievance. Please include the original invoice in the original shipping container with the merchandise. Specify whether you want an (1) exchange, (2) credit, or (3) cash refund. By chance, if the merchandise arrives in poor condition, notify the shipping carrier. We will try our best to wrap the merchandise as securely as possible, so as to minimize any possible damage.
